We all know that signing in or signing up can be a frustrating process. Veepee recognized this challenge and took action to improve it. Through some research, it was found that many users faced difficulties during the sign-in or sign-up process. Some users forgot they already had an account and ended up on the wrong flow, leading them to create a new account with a different email. This resulted in multiple unused accounts in Veepee's database. Additionally, some users with existing accounts struggled to sign in and often quit the app or website.

Our job was to simplify the sign-in and sign-up experience by: 1) Designing a new, user flow 2) Merging the sign-in and sign-up processes for clearer user direction
